Solutions Company. Jim has over 30 years of expertise in the automotive industry and has held such positions
as Dealer, General Manager, Administrator, Director of Operations, District Operations Manager, Parts and
Service Director and Service Advisor. Jim is a guest writer for DFO Magazine, Dealer Communications
Magazine, and Automotive Dealers Network. Jim has been asked through the years by dealers nationally to
help them put his ideas to work in order to improve their bottom line. He has had dramatic success delivering
uncompromising results & value to dealers nationwide. Jim is also Founder, Publisher and CEO of
Automotive Dealers Network, a comprehensive automotive e-newsletter delivered to dealers, managers &
personnel in over 49 countries worldwide.
Steve Dix brings over 20 years of expertise & professionalism to the company. He has spent the last 15 years as a Fixed Operations Director for 5
franchises. He takes a great deal of pride in turning non profitable stores into profit producing high revenue generators. Steve holds many
distinguished awards for CSI Excellence; he was awarded Ford’s CSI award as well as earning Daimler-Chrysler’s award for CSI Excellence. His
challenge is turning the community’s perception of dealerships into a positive and rewarding relationship built on trust & integrity. He enjoys
teaching dealership personnel the art of true salesmanship and relationship building within the immediate staff. He believes that generally it’s not
a people problem however a process problem. He is trained to make things happen in any environment

Thom McKenna has a lifetime of experience in the automotive world. Thom grew up in the automotive business and has held positions such as
Technician, Shop Foreman, Service Advisor, Service Manager, Technical Trainer, Business Trainer, Program Manager and Consultant. His life in
the business along with his passion for the industry have resulted in an individual who strives  to help improve the Automotive Industry.

George has over 25 years of retail dealership experience. He has held several dealership management positions and provides a very versatile mix
to the AutoPro team. George has managed retail operations in the Parts dept, Service dept, Body-shop, New Car Sales, Used Car Sales, Finance
& Insurance as well as General Manager. George has significant experience  training Service, parts, sales, finance, CRM, new and used
management.

Amanda “AJ” Pierce began her automotive dabbling as a young child. The only child of a serviceman used their bonding time working on the
family's hot rods. Amanda enrolled in the General Motors Automotive Excellency Program (GM, ASEP) and was the first female to complete and
graduate in 2002. Amanda was a line mechanic in Wilmington, NC, also presenting seminars to women leadership groups attending UNC
Wilmington. She obtained a bachelors’ in business management from U of Phoenix. Amanda educated the women of deployed soldiers on basic
automotive while their husbands were serving their country in Afghanistan. Since then, Amanda has obtained her BSBM and MBA.

Don has a strong background in human resources. Not only has he held pastoral positions, but also has worked in the construction, finance and
insurance industries. Don holds a Doctoral of Divinity and is our Chief Spiritual Advisor.

Don joined the Navy at young age and later became a sheet metal worker, building custom doors. In 1995 he became a subcontractor using the
skills he learned in the sheet metal shop. He joined AutoPro Training in 2009 because he has a passion for anything that has an engine.
